Medway Conservatives are exceptionally pleased to announce that Medway Council’s £170 million Housing Infrastructure Fund bid has been successful. The HIF is a government capital grant programme of up to £5billion, which will help to deliver a potential 600,000 new homes in England.
The ambition, drive and strong leadership of this Conservative administration has been instrumental in securing this much needed funding, which will help transform the Hoo Peninsula, as well as support the council’s ambitious vision of delivering sustainable growth for all across Medway over the next 20 years.
In May, the Medway Conservatives made a promise to you, our electorate, that we would make major improvements to our roads and infrastructure to support our growing economy and that is exactly what we shall deliver!
