Councillors Martin Potter, Rainham North, and Steve Iles, Strood North and Mayor of Medway, were humbled to attend this year's Holocaust Memorial Day Service at Cliffe Woods Primary School.
Councillor Potter said:
"I commend the pupils of Cliffe Woods Primary School and the young people from across Medway who contributed to such a powerful and poignant evening of teaching and remembrance. It is so important for our young people to understand the atrocities of the holocaust and that we as a society are, and should always be, committed to standing against all genocide and the prejudice that leads to it."
