Councillor Martin Potter and fellow candidate for Rainham North, Kirstine Carr, are delighted to be supporting the youth football teams of Rainham Kenilworth FC who are based at Cozenton Park in Rainham. As well as playing football, and perhaps nurturing the likes of the next Harry Kane or Dele Alli, our grass roots clubs provide great opportunities for character building where kids can learn to be part of a team, meet new friends and make life long memories.
Martin and the late David Carr's ward funds have provided for new kits, footballs and equipment over the last couple of years, and Martin and Kirstine were delighted to join the boys of the u12 team for their training session along with coach, Andy Driver.
